EHS Communication - Internship
6 months
For our Environmental,Health and Safety Department based in Vernier we are looking for an EHS Communications Intern for 6 Months. You will support in building EHS communication plans.
In this exciting challenge, your main responsibilities will be the following:
General EHS communications:
• Assist in coordination and implementation of global EHS conference calls, video interviews and filming
• Collects newsworthy stories and content from regional/local EHS for sharing on EHS channels
• Maintain internal EHS channels
Written communications:
• Copy writing/proof reading regular EHS communications (e.g. articles, announcements, newsletters, blog posts)
• Write, prepare and deliver written communications to support EHS in company-wide communications and activities
Design and branding
• Design materials to support the communication and promotion of tactical plan projects (brochures, fly-ers, posters)
• Support in adapting communication materials aligned to the brand
• Assist in the development of visuals, creation of small texts or presentations, etc.
Your professional profile includes:
You are a student in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public relations or related field.
You are looking for an internship to use your knowledge and gain professional experience in EHS Communications
Knowledge of design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Premier Pro, Email campaign tool
Good knowledge of social collaboration tools (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
Interest in social media and communications
Fluent in English (French an asset)
