During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the Global Operational Excellence Team and their major Lean initiative BOB. Among other responsibilities, this team is accountable for implementing a global Lean transformation along with supporting the growth of our GF culture.

Your tasks:
Assistance in improving and managing our on-campus working and training environment at the Schaffhausen site
Support ongoing initiatives to pilot new technologies for collaboration, globally
Focus on individual pilots and support production sites in depth
Create training content for new technologies
Add further knowledge-sharing platforms to our training portfolio, eg podcasts, virtual tours, live-events
Drive team media presence using internal and external channels
Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or currently enrolled in a degree program in any technical, commercial, or other fields of studies
Affinity to media (engineering, design, communication) eg video publishing is a plus
Confident with new technology and eager to develop further skills through tech sourcing
Interested in innovations – eager to become a device specialist
Organized to work independently and responsible towards an individual or team objectives
Communicative, flexible, open-minded, and a proactive team player with a high commitment
Very good knowledge of English
