Our Deloitte Legal team provides a broad range of advice to national and international clients in a number of areas, focusing mainly on corporate, M&A transaction, commercial, employment and digital law. Are you specialised and interested in shaping our employment law team further? At Deloitte, you act as a team-worker in an entrepreneurial environment. As a member of our Deloitte Legal team, we will ask you to think big and bring in new ideas.
What you can expect from us
As a Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager, you will provide high quality legal advice to our clients with regard to all corporate law matters, work often directly with our tax, consulting and transaction advisors as well as auditors, and coordinate the smooth implementation between the client, the involved Deloitte advisors and external parties or authorities.
Your work will further include the drafting of contracts, legal research on a broad range of matters and providing legal advice to national and international clients mainly focusing on corporate and commercial law, M&A and employment and digital law.
You will be involved in international client engagements, working in interdisciplinary specialist teams and in a variable and challenging environment.
You will form an important part of our growing legal team in Geneva and you will help us further shape and develop our services in the market.
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree in Swiss law and are admitted to the bar in Switzerland (brevet d’avocat).
You have 1-3 years of work experience in the field of corporate, commercial or real estate law (a plus).
You ideally have work or study experience abroad.
You enjoy working in a challenging and inter-disciplinary area, with different people from different fields and are a team player with analytical skills.
You communicate confidently in French and English. Any further languages would be an advantage.
