About Us:

As our current expert analyst is taking over a new responsibility within our company, we are looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst (f/m) Real Assets (Real Estate & Infrastructure) to start at the next possible date. Working closely with the business and product development teams, our ESG experts and various other stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering analytical insights into the real estate & infrastructure investment markets. With your contribution, you will help one of Europe’s largest and most reputable real estate and infrastructure investors to stand out against competitors.

Your Area of Responsibility:

• Analysis and interpretation of key market trends (e.g. market size, market segmentation, regulatory environment) and competitive environment to strengthen Swiss Life Asset Managers’ strategic positioning




• As a member and key contributor of our group-wide Market Intelligence Committee you present latest market developments (e.g. market flows, fundraising trends) and initiate new strategies and product offerings




• Further expand and maintain the market intelligence database (e.g. monitoring competitors’ product launches, existing offering, as well as clients’ investment preferences and strategies)




• Screen & monitor Europe’s Real Estate & Infrastructure market developments concerning general business as well as ESG topics




• Actively contribute and present at Swiss Life Asset Managers’ group-wide product and sales boards on a regular basis to identify market opportunities and shape our product range




• Further strengthen and expand the Market Intelligence capability, as well as develop thematic studies on investment trends in the asset classes real estate and infrastructure

Your Profile:

• Academic background in Economics / Business Administration with ESG affinity




• More than 3 years' relevant experience in the analysis of real assets markets with an international Asset Manager




• Solution-oriented team player with a quick grasp of complex matters




• Able to cope with uncertainty and limited data availability




• Communicative and cooperative personality who takes pleasure in collaborating with a range of internal & external stakeholders in various countries




• Expertise in data analysis




• Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)




• Excellent German and English, French a plus
