Head Reporting, Analytics & Tools

Your field of responsibility

 

An exciting position in a dynamic environment with interactions throughout various areas of the Inter-national Wealth Management (IWM) division and beyond. In this role you will be heading the team “Reporting, Analytics & Tools” which is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing of re-ports of the Divisional Risk Management Reporting Portfolio in a timely and accurate manner. You will act as an expert for the IWM Risk & Compliance scorecard incl. 2nd level front support, be the expert and consultant for Front Office and FLDS regarding data sources in order to design standard and ad hoc reports for various risk related initiatives and projects, while be the person to look into new data sources, that are being built up and analyses its use for the division. You will be in the driver’s seat to shape the Risk Data and Analytics Framework and to build the right capability for the whole division. You will ensure the correctness of reports delivered while providing meaningful comments. In your role there would be the chance to participate in various overreaching projects and task forces internationally and actively interact with different stakeholders across the whole bank and closely cooperate with different partners in the business and corporate functions.

Your skills and experience

 

  • Bachelor or Master in Banking, Finance or an equivalent higher education 

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of banking experience, incl. leadership skills in the private banking or a related industry in COO, CFO, Front, Legal, Compliance or Audit Functions, preferably in Risk management and/or reporting 

  • Analytical and problem solving skills as well as being technically savvy with high affinity towards IT and data and have the ability to embrace new concepts and technologies quickly 

  • Experience with big data and IT projects in a complex environment/ sound know how of CS IWM data landscape and its use in first Line of defense would be a plus

  • Excellent coordination and organization skills with a high level of proactivity and reliability, proven to handle several tasks and once in a constantly evolving environment 

  • Proficiency in English is required German is a plus
