INTERN IN MECATRONICS (SETUP BUILDING AND

TESTING)- 3 MONTHS

L.E.S.S. SA is an industrial company specialized in the development and production of high-tech
products in the fields of technical lighting. The R&D department, located in Renens (VD) is looking
for a highly motivated Intern. We offer a challenging position in a fast-growing and innovative
high-tech company with an open and dynamic team.

Your Role

• Develop electronic and mechanical testing setup for the products characterization and
  production line of the company


• Execute the testing of products and participate to the testing phase of the company’s
  prototypes

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree (HES) in Electronics, Mecatronics, Micro-engineering and/or mechanics


• English and/or French is mandatory


• Geek, all around, hands-on, autonomous, self-motivated with the will to learn


• Proficiency in system engineering and testing software (open source, Arduino &Co)


• Good experience in CAD mechanical design software


• Interest in programming and optics is a must


• Experience in the following areas is a plus:
  o Test planning and execution, incl. documentation
  o Handling micromechanical parts
  o Knowledge in technical optics and photonics
