Parashift AG, founded in 2018, is a deep-tech company focusing on the autonomization of document extraction through machine learning. Parashift is based near Basel (Switzerland) and employs around 30 people in the field of machine learning engineering and development. Forbes named Parashift as one of 30 promising AI startups in Europe. We’re backed by major venture investors.

Parashift Platform provides large enterprises and software vendors with versatile intelligent document understanding technology with maximum flexibility. Our product makes document extraction a much-needed convenience.

Responsible for:

• Full responsibility for achieving Parashifts sales targets


• Help building and extending the sales team


• Internationalize the team step by step


• Directly reporting to the CEO


• Steer, coordinate and develop the team and its activities


• Help and work on all things in sales

Qualifications & expectations (Must, do NOT apply if you don't meet these):

• Work experience in a start-up (B2B / SaaS) (preferably later stage)


• Successfully built or extended an international Sales team with very limited resources


• Track record of personal direct success in previous sales roles
  


• Fluent in English and German
  


• Be able to work accurately under time pressure


• Experience in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  


• Quick comprehension, fast and accurate communicator


• Able to get "own hands dirty" from day one and deliver


• Go-getter, get things done mentality, be able to work accurately under time pressure

• Clean criminal record (must)
