As a finance business partner you work with the business counterpart to develop and execute the growth strategy. You design & implement holistic steering and performance management systems. What does the role involve? As Finance Business Partner, you will deliver business critical advice and strategic support on all aspects of finance through acting as a partner to the business counterpart; you will need strong business acumen to assess the financial implications of various initiatives to generate value. Your responsibility is to define and share the right financial information to all stakeholders to enable fact-based business decisions and be the voice of reason between business opportunities and associated risks.



You establish a strong foundation for the growth of the software business by defining and implementing the necessary finance processes, systems and structures.

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related field (Advantageous to have CPA/CMA/CA (or similar) qualification, or proven experience in financial accounting


• You have 5 – 7 years of experience in financial roles within a Software organization


• Your working style is proactive and you have a “getting-things-done” approach with proven experiences in strategy & business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis


• You have strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment as a finance business partner, excellent stakeholder management skills) and have demonstrated strong leadership skills


• You are proficient in written & verbal English (additional European languages are an asset)
