We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our HR team and support the company in achieving its growth targets. For this exciting and vital role, we’re searching for a recruitment professional who is a skilled networker, able to build professional relationships and identify opportunities to connect individuals in their networks with opportunities at Verity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of various technical roles for experienced hires and university graduates within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

The global leader in autonomous indoor drone systems, Verity enables zero-error warehousing for big-box retailers, third-party logistics providers, and manufacturers, with our integrated inventory tracking system. Verity counts 3PL Giant DSV and IKEA among their current client base. Our live events solutions help create stunning effects for top names in the entertainment industry like Drake, Céline Dion, Metallica, and Cirque du Soleil. What you’ll do

• Drive the recruitment process for a diverse set of roles within our engineering teams (internships and permanent positions)


• Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs, challenge hiring managers and their teams on best practices, candidate market realities, and the best way to reach the hiring target


• Plan and conduct recruitment and interview processes end to end from job postings, shortlisting, active sourcing, interviews, and reference calls


• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the whole recruitment process and guarantee an excellent candidate experience


• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to build strong talent pipelines for the current and future hiring needs in different departments


• Source and attract the toughest to find, diverse talent by establishing relationships over the short and long term.


• Stay current on industry trends and share relevant insights on the talent market with your stakeholders

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment in a technical environment, preferably for software developers, engineers, and other technology professionals (ideally newer disciplines like Computer Vision/Machine Learning, Cloud/Data/Big Data/Data Science)


• Solid understanding of technical roles and current recruiting trends


• The Knowhow to use interview techniques to find suitable candidates


• The ability to support and inspire team members, hiring managers, and candidates alike


• Experience in sourcing active and passive candidates, experience with working on employer branding activities are a plus


• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
