As EMEA Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) you are reporting to the Operations Controller for capsules, the operations controlling analyst ensures accuracy of reported figures. You collaborate with the regional Commercial Head on all commercial financial planning & analysis topics for the respective region. 
You are assisting Operations management with planning, reporting and follow-up of the monthly global results as per the set deadlines. 
You contribute to ad hoc analysis, track operational efficiency improvements and monitor Operational KPI’s. 
You act as business partner for key operation stakeholders, interface with global operations controller and BU controllers for operation and commercial finance topics, interface with group and segment FP&A for reporting topics. 


Key responsibilities: 



  • Manage closing and reporting, such as: Monthly Pricing/Sales Performance (Price, Volume & Mix, FX), Sales and margins review, review of sales adjustments (rebates, etc.)  




  • Analyse business performance, recommend benchmarks, highlight key opportunities and risks and work closely with other functions (in particular operations and supply chain) in developing plans to capture opportunities and mitigate risks 


  • Provide recommendations for customer pricing & credit limits, involvement in regional pricing strategy and manage the approval process with global stakeholders 


  • Support financial planning, analysis and decision making, as well as compliance and reporting 


  • Organizes and drive relevant planning and analysis processes such as long term planning (BSR), annual budget, outlooks and forecasts for the region (in particular drive forecast accuracy with commercial/supply chain) 


  • Ensure financial compliance, drive productivity initiatives, support commercial activities in the region and strategy development, guide on technical financial matters, support day to day finance operations and ensure the function operates at a high level of excellence 



Key requirements: 



  • Bachelor or Master in Finance, FP&A (Analysis and Reporting), Mergers & Acquisitions 


  • Extensive experience in Finance and Controlling in production environment  


  • Good understanding of data structures and strong Excel skills 


  • Experience in Supply Chain would be beneficial 


  • Very good command in English, French of advantage 


  • Strong in communicating proactively and dealing with various stakeholders across the organization
