Online Category Manager (Toys & Gifts)

To reinforce our Manor Online Shop Team in the Toys & Gifts area we are looking for an Online Category Manager based at our headquarters in Basel either from September or by arrangement.

• You define the Toys & Gifts wholesale range strategy in cooperation with purchasing and you coordinate the marketplace assortment implementation You are responsible for the implementation of the annual planning for Toys & Gifts and brief the online marketing team accordingly


• You develop the online shops for your area by optimizing the navigation, filter selection and product recommendations as well as continuously improving the data quality


• You are responsible for the development, planning and implementation of action plans to increase performance and achieve sales targets


• You monitor the market and carry out analyzes of trends and customer needs


• You are managing your team

• Professional education with further education in online marketing, business administration with a focus on marketing or similar qualifications


• Knowledge of Digital, Agile methods, ideally category management


• Self-organization, analytical skills, KPI-oriented, communication skills & team spirit


• Familiar with strategy definition and action plan follow-up


• Ability to make proposals and bring new ideas


• Good Excel knowledge and  Google Analytics knowledge


• Fluent English and German
