Service & Installation Technician

as a spin-off from the University of Fribourg. Since then we have grown steadily and now serve
customers in over 34 countries worldwide. We develop and sell instruments for academic as
well as industrial research in the fields of life science, food, personal care, specialty chemicals,
and advanced materials. Our company is in a transition phase from a start-up to an SME. We

Your responsibilities

• In-house final assembly and quality/functionality testing of instruments


• Configuration of Software


• On-site installations and services (international traveling up to 50%)


• Execution of assigned customer support tickets, including Remote sessions and Software updates


• Effort and cost estimation of services for sales

Your profile

• Automatician EFZ, Electronic EFZ, or Polymechanic EFZ


• Experience in handling mechanical and electronic equipment


• Preferably experience in optics- and optomechanics


• Knowledge of ERP or specific service software


• Basic programming and CAD knowledge


• Experience with international customers


• French and/or German spoken and written


• Fluent in English


• Swiss/EU citizenship.
