Digital Client Experience Manager

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time Description: 

The Digital Client Experience Manager is the owner of the client path as for:



  • Digital touchpoints within the omnichannel experience 

  • Digital touchpoints within the fully digital experience


 


The Digital Client Experience Manager will work under the supervision of the Senior Client Experience Manager.


 


You Responsibilities


 



  • Digital culture enhancement, via a deep and up to date knowledge of best in class bench and new players of the digital client experience landscape 

  • Client digital touch points mastery (Wechat and all the major Instant messaging and Social platforms) and take responsibility of digital platform partnerships

  • Full integration of digital touchpoints into the off-line Client journey in a very seamless way and eCRM campaign design

  • Distinctive design and implementation to engage digital native clients as well as existing clients non digital native  

  • Smart and unconventional ideas to define and execute virtual client events, covering pre-during-post experience

  • Consumer journey and UI and UX of the digital activation



Your Profile


  



  • University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Digital Marketing

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Digital CRM manager in the luxury industry (must have)

  • Strong knowhow and mastery of WeChat is a must

  • Digital Native

  • Deep connoisseur of Asian world

  • Curious if not obsessed about everything related to digital

  • Communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Retail culture

  • Team work skills

  • Creative mindset

  • Fluent language skills in English
