What awaits you

• You will work in small and large innovation projects and bring in your expertise in innovation management and methods


• You will act as an ambassador for the innovation team because of your working style and know-how that foster new ways of working and innovation


• You will support the sales process for new projects

Qualifications

What we’re looking forward to

• You have a university master’s degree in an innovation related field (i.e. innovation management, product or service design, organizational design, entrepreneurship, open innovation). You have a solid understanding of innovation methodologies and have already used it to develop individual solutions and prototypes


• You have 1-2 years of work experience in the field of innovation


• You are enthusiastic about solving challenges and proposing creative approaches


• You believe in teamwork and enjoy taking initiative to drive new ideas for the team


• You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel
