The Manager Stability, Logistics & Enrollment is responsible to coordinate all stability samples enrollment, stability samples management activities internally and with external partners. This position is responsible for overseeing the site stability sample management activities such as stability equipment validation and cleaning, inventory management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the handling of commercial stability program for internal and external products Responsible for creation and tracking of the Stability annual requirements, and year-end requirement check Oversee the stability sample management activities such as batch identification as per Annual program, staging in stability chambers, pulling samples at the defined timeline and shipping samples to the required QC lab. Write stability protocols and other related documents Responsible for LIMS study setup: LIMS Stability SME Responsible for the stability sample inventory management Oversee the stability chambers cleaning and maintenance Coordinate the stability data report verification, as needed Ensure timely execution of stability sample management activities Inspections readiness Represent global stability team in global or site project Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities B.S. Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or relevant discipline 3-5 years of relevant work experience required in a GMP-regulated environment Very good understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements such as ICH guidelines and their impact to commercial laboratory Good knowledge in stability study guidelines and cGMP Good knowledge of LIMS software, Labware is preferred Good knowledge of manufacturing scheduling process, Ability to set priorities to meet timelines and to work independently in a matrix environment Strategy thinking and knowledge about Lean management principles. Proficient with problem-solving and investigations tools Experience with regulatory inspections and audits Good Enterprise mindset Good verbal communication skills, technical writing and presentation skills.
