Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent and to ensure great relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.  In this position, you join an energetic and innovative HR team who is in the process of growing and digitalizing the department in order to support our business growth – we love what we do.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end and drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent with different skillsets (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Legal)


• Build relationships with senior leaders and HR professionals to take our recruitment capability to the next level


• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (job postings, interviews, screening calls, rejection letters, offer negotiation) by taking steps to ensure an excellent candidate experience


• Provide strong conceptual and project management skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation in selected projects in the area of talent acquisition

 

Your Profile to succeed:

• Strong recruiting background and with at least 3 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition


• You are experienced in full-cycle recruiting in international companies. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company


• You have a proven track record of executing volume recruitment and solid experience in recruiting candidates from a variety of sources


• You can work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment


• You are fluent in English and interested to work in an international environment


• We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, people oriented, logical thinkers and have a strong attention to detail and conceptual skills. Being a team player is critical with the ability to adapt to changing requirements or deadlines.
