POS Product Manager

Volketswil, Zurich, CH, 8604

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time Description: 

The POS Product Manager supports the development of:

• iPPOS roll-out


• New POS tool roll-out

 

The POS Product Manager will work under the supervision of the CRM Field Manager.

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

• Collect feedback on the POS system from the field 


• Finalize the requirements to be transmitted to IT


• Test in quality the maintenance/upgrade solutiosn from a business point of view before they go into production 


• Support the Field manager with the training material with respect to the POS system


• Liaise with IT, BAs and Retail Managers to collect uncovered needs and ensure that the CRM and Retail culture is properly fulfilled by the POS tool
   

Your Profile

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a POS tool or Clienteling app


• Salesforce experience


• Quantitative background (education)


• Strong project management skills and hands-on approach


• Strong organization and communication skills


• Ability to handle simultaneous tasks, complex projetcs in complex environments


• Attention to detail


• Retail culture


• Team work skills


• Data mindset and analytical skills


• Fluent in English
