Together with the entire Kitchen Team, you ensure the culinary experience of our guests in our hotel outlets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Checking & working after the HACCP Standards

  • Daily Mise en Place 

  • Preparing of a la carte, buffet & banquett dishes
