IT-Operations Europe - 1st Level Support (m/w/d)

Wir zählen auf Sie und übertragen Ihnen folgende Hauptaufgaben

• Sie identifizieren, diagnostizieren und lösen IT-Infrastrukturprobleme auf 1st Level-Ebene als erster Ansprechpartner für alle Trelleborg Benutzer und kommunizieren Lösungen an Endnutzer auf benutzerfreundliche und professionelle Weise.


• Sie lassen Vorfälle an den Next-Level-Support eskalieren, wenn die Lösung unbekannt ist oder nicht innerhalb eines definierten Zeitrahmens gelöst werden kann.


• Sie verwalten Vorfälle von Endnutzern und priorisieren sie basierend auf SLAs.


• Sie schulen die Endnutzer, um die Trelleborg Geschäftssysteme optimal nutzen zu können.


• Sie unterstützen bei der Implementierung neuer und/oder verbesserter IT-Prozesse gemäss den IT-Standards von Trelleborg.


• Sie dokumentieren Ergebnisse, Projektarbeiten, Probleme und Lösungen innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs.

Dafür bringen Sie mit

• Eine Ausbildung oder einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik und bereits Vorkenntnisse im technischen Support


• Erste Erfahrungen in einer globalen IT-Organisation mit entsprechenden Zertifikaten wie zum Beispiel: CCNA, MCSE


• Gute Kenntnisse in der Implementierung, Dokumentation und operativen Wartung von IT-Infrastrukturen


• Sie arbeiten gerne mit externen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern


• Internationale Reisebereitschaft


• Fliessende Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

Disclosure and transfer of personal data
