• BSc or MSc student in engineering sciences (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, microtechnology, etc.) or physics


• Interest and experience in statistical data evaluation


• Understanding of semiconductor production processes and programming skills an advantage

What are the specific tasks?

In process integration management, we oversee the technical aspects of defined process phases for all products in production. We monitor the introduction of new product ramp-ups in production and we strive to improve yield and reduce costs without compromising quality. During your internship, you will help us with batch releases and will initiate reviews and conduct data analyses. You will also support us in documenting process changes (ECR engineering change requests), overseeing special series/data analysis/reporting and preparing blocked stock and scheduling decisions in order to make the production flow efficient and stable.

What are the daily challenges?

If material is blocked due to an error, you will need to identify the cause of the problem. You will work with your colleagues to decide whether measures can be taken to improve production yield.
