Activities

The successful candidate will be leading a construction management group in Russia for the erection of a fertilizer plant and will report to the Home Office Construction Management.

The main duties will be:

• Construction team management in terms of project targets and priorities definition


• Preparation and follow up of the Construction execution plan and Site Coordination Procedures


• Promote company HSE policy to Client and Sub-Contractors


• Organize and manage daily coordination meetings with Site Team and Sub-Contractor


• Inform Head office about the project construction status


• Assist PM for Variation Order preparation


• Attend Construction weekly meetings with Client Management


• Follow Up and management of Sub-Contractor Work Schedule, in terms of progress, priorities, workload and manpower


• Interface with Client Representative for field operations and relevant schedule targets


• Interface with Local Authorities, ensuring that all regulations and law are respected

Education

University Degree in Engineering (mechanical engineering preferred)

Languages

Fluency in English language

Good knowledge of Russian language

Skills

Good team-player, ability to build relationships, self-motivated with strong organizing skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

Experience

A minimum of
5 years work experienceas Site Construction Manager in an EPC company operating in  chemical/petrochemical sector. Knowledge of Russian environment is a plus.
