The Zurich International School is an independent day school in the Greater Zurich Area. We offer a well-rounded curriculum in English to around 1200 students from all over the world, aged 3 to 18 years. For our Central Administration Team in Wädenswil we are looking for a

Head of Sales & Admissions (80-100%)

Responsibilities include the following:

• Lead the Sales & Admissions Team


• Responsible for the enrollment budget and the enrollment statistics


• Present the school to prospective students and parents


• Coordinate with divisions to ensure a smooth transition for new students to the school


• Optimize admissions, withdrawal and re-enrollment procedures


• Implement the board’s vision of admissions and inform the school leadership and the board of market trends and enrollment developments


• Evaluate and adapt all aspects of admissions with the goal of maintaining at capacity enrollment of qualified students


• Build and maintain relationships with companies, relocation agents and local educational centers


• Represent the school at various conferences and build a network

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Qualities:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree


• Demonstrated success leading teams in culturally diverse organizations


• Strong digital user skills


• Bilingual German - English


• Self-directed, well-organized and sales oriented personality


• Strong analytical skills
