You are responsible for providing excellent customer service to your customers. In doing so, you will process customer orders and other transaction activities such as returns, cancellations and reorders in compliance with all and deadlines and guidelines. In addition, you will handle warranty or repair requests and liaise with the warehouse or workshop to always find the best solution. You also take care of the related financial aspects (return authorization, credit/debit change, etc.). When needed, you will support internal colleagues from other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance and operations representatives. This is a lively position that you will enjoy.
