Receptionist

Your role and responsibilities:

• You ensure highest level of customer service at the reception desk


• You keep the appearance of the reception in professional and remarkable manner


• You provide administrative and secretarial support to Front-Office


• You organize meetings with various stakeholders 


• You point of contact for daily operations in the team office


• You secure a high service culture and administrative standards


• You support different Front Office projects

Required technical and professional expertise:

• Commercial Federal Diploma of Vocational Education or similar


• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role


• Professional usage of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook is a given 


• You are a service oriented team player and willing to work for several persons in an international environment 


• You are a quick learner, pro active, flexible and able to cope with stress


• Excellent organizational & administration skills with close attention to details and the ability to prioritize different tasks


• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
