Blue Earth Capital is an independent global impact investment firm, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland with operations in New York, London and Singapore. It manages investment strategies for an international clientele of professional investors who are seeking investment solutions that offer market-rate returns, while also helping to address pressing social or environmental challenges. Initiated in 2015 by Urs Wietlisbach and backed by the Wietlisbach Foundation, Blue Earth Capital has been incubated and built-up with the support of Partners Group, leveraging their experience as a global private markets investment manager.


 


In this position, you will be part of the client team and will be responsible for supporting client acquisition and maintenance across the team and firm. In your role, your primary tasks will include:



  • Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality responses to client requests, assisting with queries and performance updates

  • Supporting client relationship managers with marketing presentations and investment proposals

  • Coordinating and liaise with various teams and specialists within the firm to precisely answer client requests

  • Providing research for new client market segments

  • Supporting the on-boarding process for clients, involving liaising with both internal and external counterparties

  • Ad-hoc projects as required


 

What we expect


The successful candidate will understand the financial services industry either by way of prior work experience, degree course and/or extra-curricular activities. Key attributes will include:  



  • At least penultimate year undergraduate university degree and on course for at least a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)

  • General knowledge and awareness of sales management

  • Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels

  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility

  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Willingness to work towards tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Excellent skills in both spoken and written English & German

  • Swiss work permit is required
