You will be part of our highly cross-functional development team, solving complex aerial robotics challenges from research and development all the way to scaled up production. Your solutions will be employed by thousands of customers in challenging robotics applications worldwide.
Responsibilities
Design high quality electronics (concept, schematics capture, strong lay-outing skills essential) using Altium Designer to improve on and expand the Wingtra product line-up
Troubleshoot and rework newly designed prototypes and verify designs to ensure highest possible reliability
Contribute to design reviews (concept, schematics, layout) of other team members
Manage prototype and initial production orders with suppliers, clarify technical questions
Anticipate components shortage in production and monitor BOM content of new designs
Contribute to develop company internal best practices on electronics development
Stay up to date with latest developments in the open source ecosystem (Dronecode)
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in electrical engineering
2+ years experience in developing complex electronic systems
Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design concepts
Practical know-how in any electronics design tool (preferably Altium Designer)
Teamplayer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
Excellent general cognitive ability and problem solving skills
Honest, humble, and self-motivated
Plus
Experience with RF compliant design
Experience with STM microcontrollers
Experience with firmware development
