In order to reinforce the Finance Team in Zurich we are currently recruiting for a

Cost Controller/Invoicer

You will perform your tasks in line with the organization’s Vision 2021 and strategy.

Description/Tasks:

• Monthly invoicing of Aircraft Management customers using SAP


• Creation of manual invoices  


• Scanning and processing of invoices in DocuWare


• Assigning of supplier invoices


• Cost control for all customer aircrafts


• Responding to customer inquiries  


• Various correspondence in German and English


• List keeping for European VAT reclaims 


• Creation and maintenance of various checklists as well as price lists


• Act as deputy for accounts payable clerk 

Qualification/Experience:

• Commercial diploma or equivalent


• One or two years of work experience in a similar position in a fast paced environment


• Fluent in German and English (oral and written), 


• Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAP 


• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skillls


• Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability 


• Team player
