You are first to know about changing trends i digital marketing and are enthusiastic about driving results? We are looking for a dedicated Content Manager in Zurich.
Responsibilities
Create and deliver smashing contents that generates user sign-ups on both our buyer and seller sides, ultimately helping them convert into paying members
Build up our marketing pipeline to support both our inbound and outbound strategies
Create and optimise the contents across the marketing funnel to reduce our conversion cycle
Work across departments to structure our brand guidelines and align our internal policies for both external/internal communications
Realization and maintenance of content on all our digital channels, keeping a strong focus on UX, SEO and conversion optimization
Close collaboration with product development and management to test hypothesis an integrate feedback with the goal of creating a cohesive, customer-centric product
Analysis and evaluation of the relevant KPIs and creating reports
Requirements
CTA oriented, you have a dedicated effort for text well written and enjoy creating impactful visuals that keep our targets engaged thruughout the funnel
Working in teams does not scare you, but you are also capable of taking the big jump on your own while guiding other parties
You understand social medias, how to engage with your targets, and knows how to specify requirements
Ability to come up with a multiform of content creation, such as e-books, whitepapers, infographics, booklets, 1-pager, articles, journal partnerships, LPs, etc
While you understand inbound marketing, you also have a strong capabilities for outbound marketing campaigns and knows how to structure them, monitor them, and build them
SEO, CPC, CPM, BANT, UTMs and other digital marketing acronyms do not scare you, and you already have experience in using them
You also bring
Fluency in German and business level in English required, with some experiences in the industry sector preferred
Excellent writing skills, good attention to details, and creative mindset
Experience with Hubpost content manager is a plus
The ability to manage offline content/activities with external partners
Your creativity and bold mindset helps you strive in fast paced environments
Willingness to engage with our management. product, sales, marketing, operations teams, as well as industry experts to deliver the marketing contents
Structure and analyse data to increase our engagement, and periodically set A/B tests
Experience in working with CRMs, marketing automation strategies, web CMS and marketing agencies
