We are looking for a Sales Manager 100% (f/m/d) to join our Custom Synthesis Sales Team, which is responsible for Bachemꞌs high quality Custom Synthesis peptides.

Your Tasks

• Source new sales opportunities through conferences, e-mails, cold calls


• Generate sales leads and close new deals


• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships


• Manage key accounts: Cosmetic and diagnostic peptides


• Meet customers & attend international conferences


• Address technical inquiries in collaboration weiht internal stakeholders


• Identify market trends, gather and share relevant information


• Actively participate in product design and market strategy discussions

Your Profile

• Master or PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Pharma or Life Sciences


• 2-3 Years technical sales experience in Chemistry / Life Sciences, experience in cosmetics or diagnostics is a plus


• Positive and proactive attitude towards internal and external stakeholders


• Effectively organize, multitask, and prioritize in a deadline driven environment


• Excellent communication skills in English and German, other languages are a plus


• Good knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is desired


• Able to travel regularly
