This is your chance to be part of the Bachem success story: we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Business Process Engineering team.


As a Senior Project Manager for Business Process Engineering (BPE), you will organize, plan and lead multiple projects using BPE’s methodologies to consistently deliver high-quality results. You will connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate activities to ensure the success of your project. Together with your colleagues from all around the world, you will establish optimal and efficient business processes which are in line with the company strategy.


 


Your Tasks



  • Manage and lead major projects to ensure business objectives are met in a timely and effective manner

  • In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will identify, document and drive E2E process solutions that contribute to sustainable business success

  • Driving your projects, including scoping, resource planning, communications, project governance, risk management, and readiness

  • Establish project roadmaps and schedules to keep activities on track for key deliverables

  • Lead and implement change through influencing and decision making using leadership, collaboration and customer-focused approach

  • Ensure business teams are prepared for process and system changes, including training plans for knowledge transfer
     


Your Profile



  • Master’s degree in scientific field

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in planning, managing and successfully executing large cross-functional projects, ideally with PM certification

  • Solid knowledge of key business & value creation processes

  • Experience with Lean Management / Six Sigma and passion for process improvement with an approach that promotes innovation, improves efficiency and eliminates waste

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems and tools

  • Fluent in German & English, French is a plus

  • Experienced in MS Office, ERP systems (ideally SAP) and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
