Stellenbeschreibung

In this exciting role you are part of LGT’s Sustainable Investing (SI) team. The SI team is responsible for promoting sustainable investing in LGT Private Banking Europe, including developing sustainable product offerings in close collaboration with Portfolio Management, Portfolio Advisory and Research & Strategy, providing front sales support and knowledge transfer of sustainable investing through diverse communication and education initiatives, as well as managing ESG data and sustainable/impact investing reporting etc.

As part of the interdisciplinary and cross-functional team, you drive strategic projects promoting sustainable investing, and contribute to innovative solutions for LGT Bank and our clients. Together with project partners among the LGT Group, you pursue a groupwide implementation approach and act as
fundamental link to create synergies and optimize resources utilization. You enthusiastically and continuously develop yourself, and you like to tackle the challenges arising in a performance-oriented environment.

• Support Head Sustainable Investing in developing sustainable investing initiatives based on LGT’s Sustainability Strategy


• Day-to-day project management of sustainable investing initiatives (e.g. digital ESG suite, innovative client reporting, ESG regulation integration), and ensure on-time delivery of project outcomes


• Responsible for development and execution of sustainable investing project-related communication


• Act as spokesperson for sustainable investing projects, ensure close collaboration with stakeholders and liaise with relevant internal projects


• Support the implementation of sustainable investing offerings in different private banking systems
   

Unsere Anforderungen

Strong project management skills with multiple years of project management experience; know-how of Agile, Scrum or Lean is an advantage
Solid sustainable investing expertise
University degree or equivalent qualification
Working experience in banking, e.g. in Client Relationship Management, Sustainability Management, Investment Management, Business Analytics etc.
Know-how of banking systems or innovative financial software is a plus
Knowledge in ESG regulations in EU/EEA/CH is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Drive and strategic mindset, can-do attitude
Structured, assertive and independent working style, strong teamplayer
Excellent command of German and English
