Rôle

We are looking for a Project Manager IT Labo to join our Life Science Business Unit.

You will manage a scope of work to deliver digital laboratory informatics systems landscape and architecture based on a data-driven vision. The project includes the deployment of several Quality Control and Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control Development Laboratory Informatics and Automation applications and systems.

As a data digital native and expert in biotechnology laboratory informatics and automation, you will master the enablement of a fully connected inventory of laboratory devices within a mixed (non-)GXP environment to facilitate data usage throughout the scope of the applications managing and consuming this data.

• Have an eye on the detail while reporting at a higher level of management


• Translate business requirements into IT capabilities


• Always enabling a positive message whilst being tactful on underlying reasons


• Conducting a permanent high-quality review on time, quality and resources (incl. budget)


• An excellent communicator and motivator through all interactions with all stakeholders within all levels of the company


• Manage third party vendors with your outstanding understanding of the vendor market and excellent vendor management skills


• Focused to deliver what is expected but going beyond the expectation

Profil

• Graduate degree or more in a scientific or engineering discipline with strong IT background or IT specialist with a demonstrated experience in the laboratory informatics area


• Several years (5+) of in-depth complex project management with a fast-changing high pace, ideally with program management experience (co-leading or leading)


• You have experience in software development lifecycle and in the Biotech industry in GMP production


• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments


• Experience in the integration of some of the following IT, manufacturing and laboratory informatics management tools; ERP, MES, SDM, LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS, SDMS, SDM


• Lean and six sigma (ideally at least green belt) and statistical analytics is a plus


• Design thinking experience is be a plus


• Strong collaboration and communication skills are must


• Autonomy and excellent work organization


• Business fluent English, French would be an asset
