About the job



  • Work within 360 Global Media team to support development of Global Media Strategy and ensure its alignment with Swarovski Strategy and Creation Direction


  • Support in developing Local Media Guidelines per market with central guidance on target audience, competitor set, media landscape and KPIs


  • Be involved in all media approvals with all allocated countries from briefing to reporting end ensure that all media plans data is always up-to-date and accessible for Management queries


  • Support on all alignments with different stakeholders from creative to ecommerce teams to ensure fully integrated Media Strategy and Local Media Plans


  • Support on Global Media Agency day to day management, both centrally and locally


  • Ensure that all Media Intelligence projects continue to run smoothly, and media support is provided in a timely manner and insights are integrated in latest media plans


  • Support ad-hoc queries related to media, from merchandising to IP queries


  • Provide help to Global Media Teams colleagues as required with ad-hoc queries or administrative tasks



About you


We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:



  • University degree/ Education, preferably in marketing or similar


  • Highly analytical and data driven mindset


  • Min. 3 years of experience in Advertising planning or Marketing 


  • Project Management skills with sound solution mindset


  • Proven Lateral Leadership / Influencing skills


  • Strong organization skills and proactiveness / agility


  • Great Presentation skills


  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written 


  • Proficiency in Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
