Your field of responsibility

 

A challenging role in the Front Administration support team on the business area Private Banking
International within the division International Wealth Management. In this role you will have close contract and collaboration with relationship manager of all the front teams of the business area in PBI as well as with specialists of Compliance, Front Support and Project Owners. Focusing on the administrative 
support of the front teams in the framework of defined services such as client onboarding of in-ternational HNWI clients as well as processing of client order combined with working on process enhancement 
projects including digitalization. You help support the implementation of projects/initiatives to minimize risks and to relieve the front teams.

Your skills and experience

 

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience within a banking/financial institution 

  • Experience with onboarding of legal entities and trusts as well as deep know how regarding 

  • formalities.

  • High motivation and commitment to complete private banking processes as efficiently and as fast as possible

  • High client service as well as  pragmatic, positive can do attitude 

  • High quality standard, attention to details and high degree of reliability 

  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills 

  • Fluency in English is required, German and any additional language skills are of great advantage

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
