Senior Digitalisation and Program Manager

If you are looking for a strategically and technically challenging key role in a strongly growing and global leading company then we should get to know each other.

The Senior Digitalisation and Program Manager will

• develop and evolve together with business stakeholders the Groups digital strategy and its corresponding project portfolio and roadmap,


• act as a sparring partner and active ambassador for digital initiatives. Identifies together with Business unit and Corporate Functions areas for further digitalization opportunities, maps them with the Groups Digital strategy, and ensure the right prioritization,


• oversee the implementation of the digital initiatives in close collaboration with the stakeholders,


• maintain complete authority over the strategic ERP initiative to meet the business’s needs. Hence leads the transformation projects to digitize the core business processes on a global scale and replacement of the legacy applications,


• ­set up transformation project, regularly reviews and optimize it,


• together with business owners and stakeholders (Business Process Management) and implementation partners, ensure standard / best practice processes are being defined, approved and roll out through standardized applications globally following the minimal viable product philosophy,


• provide coaching and leadership to direct project reports,


• work with senior leadership to implement change management, project planning, resource allocation,


• control project scope, progress, budget, timeline and risk management

For this challenging global role we expect

• solid experience in and passion for Digitalizing industrial processes using ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation or SAP


• strong background in IT and industry-specific processes


• successfully completed ERP projects, a proven track record in international setup


• experience in managing midsize to large project teams


• excellent leadership and change management skills


• PMP or Prince certification preferred


• German and English language skills
