As a Senior Lifecycle Strategist at Smallpdf you will build the foundation for Lifecycle Marketing at Smallpdf. In this role, you will work within our Growth team to develop and execute strategies to onboard new users and drive them to discover more value with our platform utilizing channels such as email, push notifications and in-app messaging.
In your role, you will work with our Data and UX teams to identify behaviors that lead to a successful activation and long-term retention. You will also work with them to identify the optimal onboarding paths and deeper engagement opportunities for different customer segments. Then you will build onboarding and engagement campaigns to help our customers realize value from Smallpdf as early as possible (time to value) and set them up to become expert users of our platform in their respective companies.
This role is an individual contributor role that could scale over time to a team lead role.
