We are looking to add strong Sales Engineering team members with English, French and German language skills to support our network of resellers across Europe.

This ideal candidate will partner with the Sales team to provide technical assistance throughout the whole sales process. With strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer needs and challenges, to convert them into a solid technical solutions that meets the business requirements, budgets and delivers strong ROI. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to all prospective clients and adapt to the level of technical expertise of the customer to bring full understand and buy-in. The ideal candidate should also be able to articulate and educate new and existing resellers to enable them to be experts on the Morphean platform.

Reporting to VP Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare training material for both face to face and online training course


• Manage pre-sales/ post-sales request in a timely manner always putting the customer first


• Assist in sales presentation, technical specification and commercial offers/ ROI, working closely with the sales team members


• Assist with help desk to provide resellers with 1st class support


• Assist in new product launches and webinars


• Promote the availability of training and pre/ post sales support to resellers

Qualifications

• Ability to discuss technical concepts with prospective leads


• Good Knowledge of SaaS, Video Surveillance and Access Control


• Willingness to travel


• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills


• Strong written/ verbal English language skills


• 3-5years in similar role
