Seedcare GTM and Customer Strategy Lead (m/f/d)


 


Drive GTM and customer engagement strategies in Seedcare (SC) • Ensure major markets have an end to end Seedcare GTM strategy • Be the Global lead for GTM implementation and methodology • Lead the Seedcare customer centricity work including development of Customer personas, journey maps; value proposition design; linking with GTM and viable business models • Become Global focal point for customer centricity methodology and implementation • Develop global Seedcare network of practitioners and continue to drive customer centric mind-set in all Seedcare geographies


 


Your responsibilities:



  • Develop GTM methodologies to design Seedcare GTM strategies in diverse Busines Units

  • Support, consult and deliver GTM Seedcare workshops & customer journey workshops in major markets

  • Develop a scalable methodology for customer engagement and persona / journey maps for key global segments by supporting the same major BU’s where GTM strategies are designed

  • Build a set customer persona’s pertinent to the global markets and their key customer segments that allow rapid adoption into proper value propositions and messaging in these markets

  • Work cross functionally in Seedcare and Crop Protection to ensure alignment between resourcing, service based support needs and focused implementation / delivery

  • Ensure knowledge sharing and transfer across the team and the company

 

Qualifications

 

What are we looking for:



  • BSC / MBA in agronomy with strong and persistent passion/ drive for customers and their needs being satisfied

  • Understanding of GTM models, strategies and implementation

  • Best in class project management, CRM strategies and Customer engagement models

  • Knowledge of value proposition design and delivery

  • Consultancy and facilitation style, Line Leadership and project leadership

  • Consultancy and business implementation of customer strategies

  • Experience with agile methodology and design thinking, Strategy

  • Project management and interpersonal skills with ability to work on multiple projects and within diverse teams
