Internal Audit Specialist 80-100%

 

What you will do

In this challenging and important role, you participate to internal audit reviews. You contribute to promote an appropriate risk, ethics, and compliance culture across the organization.

 

Responsibilities will include

• Test the internal Control System to ensure adequacy to the Swiss Code of Obligations


• Participate to internal audit reviews


• Draft reports to communicate audit results to all levels of management and the Audit Committee


• Conduct compliance trainings and awareness programs


• Participate to the Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD) process


• Participate to compliance risk reviews and monitoring


• Support the other departments for special projects

 

What you bring along

• Degree in Economics or Law (any other university degree if combined with relevant experience)


• Further education: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) would be beneficial


• 1 to 4 years of experience in an audit company, in an internal audit department, in controlling or a law company


• Languages skills: written and spoken English is a must, German and Chinese would be desirable


• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally approximately 30%


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and courage
