We are looking for a Strategic Growth Manager responsible for our technician network in Europe. The role is based out in Zurich, Berlin or soon in the London office.
Mila is a digital on-demand tech support platform, founded in Switzerland end of 2015, Mila's network of over 10,000 techies, has been helping people in the UK, France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland get the most out of their personal technology by advising on, installing, and repairing their tech devices. As part of the operation department, you are responsible for:
Selling Mila Service portfolio to technicians and building up the Mila technician network on mila.com in several countries
To analyze in which region how many technicians are needed (analytics)
Providing the required number of technicians in each country/region and build the required capabilities
Evaluating suitable channels (digital & non-digital) to achieve the acquisition growth targets
Keeping constant dialogue with our technicians, understand their requirements and to keep them engaged
Making sure our customer satisfaction stays on top (Net Promoter Score, 5-star rating)
Providing feedback to the product team about new requirements for the onboarding process and technician workflow
Providing regular news and product updates to technicians and encourage them to use Mila regularly
Implementing measures to ensure the engagement and activities of technicians
Leading the Partner Management Team
Besides this, you will work closely with the Founder, Operations, Marketing, and Product Teams
You are a very ambitioned sales and marketing person, who wants to write the next chapter in a fast-growing scale-up
You are experienced in working in international markets especially the UK and Germany
You have an analytical mindset and your actions are KPI based
You have an outgoing personality and enjoy connecting with people
You are not above picking up the phone and calling potential technicians
You have excellent relationship building skills an “I know how to sell” attitude
Hands-on mentality paired with a "get things done" mindset
You think out of the box on how to improve things and finding new ways to results
Familiar with terms such as community engagement, loyalty, benchmarking, cost per acquisition, and ROI
Passion and drive in order to help meeting KPI's and sales targets
Minimum BA/BS degree in economics, marketing, statistics, finance, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in sales, online marketing, business analytics or in a community management position
Excellent analytics, communication and networking skills
Strong communication skills in English and German, any additional language is a big advantage
Demonstrated leadership of leading initiatives and projects at your organization
Strong work ethic
Excellent excel skills and SQL knowledge
