Internal Communications Specialist - Global Employee Engagement Initiatives

Your field of responsibility

 

In this exciting and challenging role you will be joining the Global Employee Engagement Initiatives team to develop an engagement plan for global topics. You will be responsible for preparing materials, including features, scripts and memos in support of Credit Suisse’s strategy and culture. For this, you will be collaborating with subject matter experts from Corporate Communication and HR to promote the employer story and awareness.

Corporate Communications advises on and actively manages group-wide communications with the media, including corporate, financial, divisional and functional topics. The unit manages and monitors reputational issues and partners with Credit Suisse management and control functions to develop appropriate communication strategies. Corporate Communications plays a crucial role to promote and protect Credit Suisse’s reputation and, in this capacity, facilitates the content compilation and acts as a central approver for all communications from Credit Suisse to external media. Your skills and experience

 

To be a successful candidate, you would bring the following experience:



  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in a relevant field, paired with solid internal communications experience of 5 to 8 years in an international corporation, preferably in the financial industry

  • Prior experience in writing for engagement and measurement, campaigns and global topics 

  • A high level of commitment and energy, as well as the ability to thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

  • Outstanding writing skills, with a keen understanding of how to develop corporate narratives and bring them to life

  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
