CONTEXT

Part of the Group Technology function and Controlling team, you will support the organization and specific major departments for costs controlling, budgeting, projects & activities monitoring, and services catalog recharges model management.

You will contribute to the current and progressive Group Technology operating model transformation initiative for all finance related aspects.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• You will act as a veritable business partner, driving with the Directors operational efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining close relationship with the managers in charge of the different activities monitoring, and developing team members on costs awareness.


• You will animate and support the targeted departments for the day to day follow-up of financial operations.
  
  
  
  • ensuring an efficient and appropriate operating & financial control system by responsibility and activities.
  
  
  • being the key contact point for all operations related to monthly & Yearly Closing activities.
  
  
  • being a major contributor in the purchasing cycle and financial commitments follow-up process, including the investments portfolio management.
  
  


• You will coordinate & animate the Forecasting exercises inside the departments for Budget, Latest Estimate and 3 Years Business Plan processes – Planning, methodology, budget elaboration and consolidation tools.


• You will support the directors & different teams for projects structuration as well as for tracking and monitoring costs per projects, activities & products, including resources management (e.g. time tracking, resources allocation). This also includes financial & controlling tools management and development.


• You will develop and maintain the Services catalog valuation and recharges model in place in these departments to increase costs transparency for our customers.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

Your hold a relevant Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance with at least 3-5 years of Controlling & budgeting proven experience.

You have an experience in SAP FICO (Project System module a plus). Proficiency in advanced Excel, BI/BW tools.

You are fluent in English & French
