Villars-sur-Glâne, FR, CH

Permanent

The story of Cartier is founded on audacity and passion. Our 7,500+ colleagues of 90 nationalities are united by a shared independent spirit and commitment to excellence, striving to continuously enrich our Maison’s heritage by pushing the boundaries of creativity.

“Join us to unleash the power of #data, leverage our cloud platforms and deploy at scale state-of-the-art initiatives! You will be part of a young, dynamic and talented team working on analytics and artificial intelligence with real-life, impactful business applications.”

Thomas M.; Cartier Data Officer

The purpose of this role is to reinforce our growing central data team.

As a Data Product Owner, you will be focused on identifying value-added analytics & artificial intelligence use cases and delivering meaningful data products to our end-users, in an agile mindset.

You will be closely working with our data scientists, data engineers, data analysts and various business teams.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your main missions will be to:

  • Talk to our users to understand their needs, their objectives and get valuable insights

  • Produce specifications accordingly

  • Define the MVP of a data product and the iterations that will lead to its final vision

  • Build the best solution with our data team, always targeting the best user experience

  • Prioritize, deliver, monitor, measure usage and iterate

  • Manage your backlog

  • Build, shape and share your product vision, strategy and roadmap

  • Communicate with all stakeholders, within Cartier, Richemont Group Technology and Group Data Office

  • Have an up-to-date, concrete understanding of state-of-the-art analytics & A.I. capabilities

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have an engineering degree with 3-5 years of work experience in an international context with multidisciplinary teams.

You have a very good “data culture” (analytics, statistics, machine learning, data platforms) and you are familiar with the agile methodology.

You have incredible communication skills, with both technical and non-technical teams.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?

In a young and dynamic team focused on personal development (trainings, conferences, certifications, etc.), you will take part of Cartier’s data journey.

You will work with multicultural stakeholders and for a leading Company in the luxury industry.

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:

 1.    If your application is selected, we will reach out to you shortly for an informal introductory call.

2.    The next step from there would be a first technical call with our Team lead; and if there is a match, you will have a personal meeting with our Data Officer and our HR Manager.
