You will contribute to setting new standards in how to guide discovery project teams on selecting the best radioligand drug candidates and moving them towards the clinic. You will collaborate with global drug discovery project teams by applying PBPK modeling in combination with dosimetry analysis to provide model-informed guidance for First-in-Human dosing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Accelerating the selection of molecules for efficient discovery and lead optimization as well as hypothesis testing, by identifying desirable pharmacokinetic characteristics of novel radioligands.

• Developing and executing a modeling-based strategy for preclinical projects and lead project team discussions on the human dose prediction prior to candidate selection.

• Using PBPK modeling to integrate data and knowledge across preclinical and clinical programs and assess how radioligand exposure will change with dose and across species

• Using PBPK modeling and dosimetry analysis to translate preclinical radioligand exposure and design optimal radioligand clinical dosing strategies

• Implementing innovative and quantitative approaches to advance translational sciences for radioligand theragnostics.

Minimum requirements

• PhD with relevant experience in radiobiology or related physics/biology/chemistry/ engineering/mathematics background

• 2+ years of experience in drug discovery/development or other relevant experience.

• Broad understanding of radiobiology and dosimetry analysis, expertise in PBPK modeling is a plus.
