For our guest relations team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a


 


IWC MANUFACTURE AND MUSEUM AMBASSADOR (M/W/X – 10-20%)


 


As an IWC Manufacture and Museum Ambassador you are responsible for the international guests visiting our manufacture center and museum or connecting with us privately through our Virtual Tours. Taking them through the world of IWC's watchmaking, you will convey IWC's traditional history and the craftmanship and passion behind our timepieces. You will thus make a significant contribution to emotional customer loyalty and to the sale of our watches.


 


Start: Immediately or upon agreement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


IWC Manufacture Center Experiences



  • Entertain our international guest groups (press, end customers, etc.) with a half-day or full-day tour exploring our headquarters and manufacture center in English (in other languages if required)

  • Host a one-hour interactive virtual manufacture center tour in English (in other languages if required)

  • Manage situational preparation before guest arrival and tidying up of the premises after tours


 


IWC Museum Experiences



  • Hosting our international guest groups for museum tours in English (in other languages if required) including possible Saturday groups

  • Operations of tours as well as situational preparation before the guest arrival and tidying up of the premises after tours

  • Admission management of museum guests and daily cash desk settlement


 


Other Key Responsibilities Include,



  • Innovate and assist with the continuous improvements of our IWC Experiences

  • Getting to know our guests personally and with close communication to the office team, going the extra mile where possible to make their experience unforgettable

  • Ensure compliance with all safety precautions in accordance with internal guidelines across all experiences


 


YOUR PROFILE:



  • Passionate about the watch industry and motivated to learn and participate in-depth trainings on the processes at IWC, as well as flexible with their availability

  • Natural storyteller with a flair for presentations and customer centricity, both digitally and physically. Background in sales is an advantage but not a requirement

  • Media Savvy whilst also being comfortable and willing to appear on camera

  • Excellent language skills in English (native language) and B1 level in German. Other foreign languages are an advantage
