  • In this exciting role, you will be responsible for business development in the "Trusted Interaction Services (TIS)" unit of the Communication Services Group unit and in close coordination with the various business units.

  • Together with your team you will recognize new customer requirements, observe trends and developments on the market, identify new ecosystems and business opportunities and develop a meaningful market strategy based on the knowledge gained.

  • You will determine the market potential and business requirements and will be responsible for the corresponding business case – from scaling to handover and product management.

  • In cooperation with product managers, business analysts, architects and other specialists, you will define new digital solutions with a focus on decentralized technologies and develop new digital business models.

  • You are very familiar with the industry and will therefore be able to apply synergies between the various markets inside and outside Communication Services.

  • As a member of the TIS unit management team, you will also be responsible for the implementation, safeguarding and further development of its strategic goals.



  • You have a higher business or technical qualification with further education/training (e.g. in strategic management).

  • You will be able to deal with this challenge due to your proven professional and management experience in business solution design, partner management and sales, as well as successful market and business development at a company in the digital world and/or the financial and insurance industry.

  • You have in-depth knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the market environment and dynamics, as well as of processes in at least two relevant industries (insurance, banking, life science, e-governance or similar) as well as an extensive network in the digital world. Experience of an international environment is an advantage for this position.

  • You will apply your ICT and business knowledge, particularly in the area of platform solutions and digital business models, to your daily work.

  • As an ambitious leader with a well-balanced willingness to take risks, you have a pronounced understanding of customer and partner needs, as well as a high level of implementation orientation, and you are also extremely goal and success oriented.

  • You are a strong negotiator with a high degree of assertiveness and personal initiative, a methodical approach and excellent social skills. You are also comfortable working with a high level of independence and personal responsibility.

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as a good knowledge of French will make it easier for you to communicate effectively with your various contact persons.
