AquaSwiss AG is a globally oriented player in the Water Desalination Industry with
knowledge and experience through the acquisition of leading desalination technologies.

The company located in Frauenfeld, Switzerland is offering the excellent opportunity to join
our ambitious team as

Operations Manager (Based in Switzerland)
Within this position you are responsible for project realization starting at the interface
engineering / manufacturing covering all tasks of onsite installation, commissioning
including management of operation and maintenance.

Main tasks:

• Prepare and organize project execution


• Lead and control onsite technical and procurement teams


• Maintain interface between sales and technical department


• Maintain relation to costumer


• Support marketing and sales functions

Requirements are:

• Degree in engineering (process / mechanical)


• 15 +years of experience in management of projects of EPC nature in the water
  treatment / process / electro-mechanical industry, preferably desalination


• Practical experience in executing and handling large scale technical projects


• Field experience (assembling and commissioning) is required; experience in the
  GCC is an advantage


• Excellent skills in project management and project controlling


• Experience in leading interdisciplinary / international teams


• Ability to negotiate with clients and contractors


• Presentation skills


• Excellent command of English is mandatory


• French language desirable


• Willingness to travel


• EU / EFTA citizens are eligible
