As fleet finance Manager with strong IFRS background you will globally lead and drive accounting topics for our fleet business covering IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 as a lessor. In this area you will act as a strategic leader for IFRS compliance of the Hilti group. Your holistic perspective covers IFRS compliance as well as business and process matters. As a competent sparring partner in accounting, consolidation and IFRS topics, you ensure the best possible financial information for business decisions. Who is Hilti? What does the role involve? As global fleet finance Manager with strong IFRS background you are part of a small, highly motivated team, driving IFRS compliance of the Hilti Group. You will lead or co-lead accounting projects and have a strong focus on the Groups fleet business, covering IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 as a lessor. Hilti Fleet Management Service You will act as a sparring partner for the senior management in accounting and M&A topics. You will need strong business acumen to assess the financial, IFRS and systems implications of various strategies.

You will proactively monitor the external environment and translate relevant trends and changes into the organization, to ensure IFRS compliance and high-quality financial statements. In this role you will work together with colleagues around the world from finance and from other functions. In our international team, you’ll be part of the headquarters finance community, which is instrumental to drive all finance related topics for the Hilti Group. What do we offer? • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or any related fields of study


• CPA/CMA/CA wit proven strong IFRS background, financial services experience is an asset


• Project Management & analytical thinking skills


• 7 years experience in a financial, consultancy or auditing role within a multinational organization


• Challenging mind to assess accounting, systems and process implications of business decisions in detail


• English fluent any other languages are beneficial
