Job description

Your responsibilities

• Support the IaaS & Datacenter Team in order to guarantee the fulfilment of SLA’s


• Install, operates and maintain virtual machines for SAP platforms


• Collaborates with the 1st level support plus the Service Managers


• Provides 2nd Level support to companies and divisions in and outside of Switzerland


• Problem analysis and troubleshooting in concert with other team members


• Has detailed understanding of all services provided by the IT Infrastructure Department


• On-call service during the year is mandatory

Profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or ES degree or equivalent in computer science


• Any relevant certifications for this role is an asset


• Structured, systematic and analytical approach


• Self-starter


• Demonstrated initiative, customer orientation and team work competencies


• Precise and structured working method

• IBM Power Systems


• IBM PowerVM


• AIX Operating system


• SLES4SAP Operating system


• Ansible & Shell Scripting


• Knowledge in other Linux distributions is a plus

Languages

• Fluent in French is required (spoken and written), as well as excellent knowledge in English
