Core Compliance and Investigation Risk and Control Officer

Your field of responsibility

 

In joining the team you will have the opportunity to lead all Enterprise Risk and Control Framework (ERCF) activities in Core Compliance and Investigations. As part of this role, you will engage and collaborate with Senior Management in Core Compliance and Investigations to perform the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and implement the Control Activities Framework deliverables. You will have oversight over Issue Management and Control Improvements including pre-closure challenge, manage the internal operational risk incidents process and assessment of external incidents. You will lead the monitoring and escalation of risk and control metrics and provide oversight on various risk assessment programs such as annual Compliance Risk Assessment of 1st LoD, Monitoring & Testing program, read across activities, end user computing and models for Core Compliance and Investigations.


Your future colleagues

The Compliance Risk team is a dynamic team responsible to oversee and report on Compliance Risks at the Bank, as well as Central Compliance’s own Risks and Controls. The Central Compliance Risk and Control Officers leverage quantitative and qualitative data points as well as subject matter expertise to identify, monitor, report and escalate both current and emerging non-financial risk and respective controls within the Central Compliance Function. Your skills and experience

 

To be successful in this role you will need:



  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree and 8+ years work experience in Risk, Compliance or Audit in the Financial Services Industry

  • You are well organized and experienced in prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and influencing ability

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail paired with an ability to see the bigger picture 

  • Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
